I ordered an extra head for somebody and mine still shows in Korea. I had a similar issue when I ordered Pee Wee along with an unpainted Bill. Mine was the last one to ship

I think it's just pot luck sometimes. I've got an unpainted Bill head coming with mine and it's been shipped already in the UK just waiting for customs to let it go

They genuinely don't give a **** I honestly despise them! The postal service charge us a premium fee for what they claim is getting the package released by customs as quickly as possible. It's bull **** and a monopoly customs take there time no matter what and the royal mail/courier companies here in the UK take a handling fee that far out weighs the service they offer. If customs having a parcel for 9 days is the process sped up I'd hate to see what them going slow would look like. It really angers me that the clearance fees they charge are set and cannot be challenged. I frequently get hit with as little as £2 import tax and the fee for collecting this tiny amount £13.50 it's a joke!

If I got my parcel in record time and was charged the fee after delivery so things weren't slowed down I could maybe let it go but customs hold the package for ages then take another 2 days to tell me how much I need to pay. I then either have to take the time to go pay and pick it up or wait another 24-48 hours for them to deliver it. Makes my blood boil.

Our parcels have travelled half way around the world in two days, yet after nearly four days it is still in customs, right under the noses of them idle b_____ds! Work that f__ker out
