Oompas are rare.... but Bill is a cut above the rest! 
I guess time will tell but that fullset Bill is 3 grand easy. Not to mention that it's only moving in quiet circles these days. That miniscule detail of seperating that moustache from the sculp alone will be hallowed in 1/6 history!

Wonka is by far my personal favorite and I've already expressed this to a few of my fellow 1/6 collector buddies! He means so much to me in many ways and now more than ever as he has inspired me with winning Rainman's photo contest as well! He's truly just pure magic to me and inspires a world of pure imagination!
Wouldn't let my Wonka go for less than $3000 either.
I couldn't put a price on my own personal Wonka figure, but I'd say a minimum of $3,000 too and that's if I HAD to sell him.

The Oompa puts the Wonka over Bill in my eyes. Bashing a Bill is a lot more do-able than a Wonka. Even if you manage to bash Wonka. What are you going to do about the Oompa?

It's hard to choose which one is the top pick between Wonka & Bill. I'd choose Bill because I favor the movie and character. But judging unbiasedly I'd have to still say that Bill is his best HEAD SCULPT to date. It wins in paint, likeness and realism. But comparing the whole sets... man that's tough. Wonka's accessories and outfit are really amazing; but so are Bill's. The Oompa is maybe what may give Wonka a slight edge. Whoever is the winner between the two is subjective but there are a couple of his other figures right on their coat tails.
One of them is Lucy and I guess that she gets left out of the convo so often because she is his most rare piece (only 20) and most people don't even think about her. But I have to put her at the top as well. He want to uncharted waters in the 1/6 custom world with Lucy and no custom artist has went there again.

As for Lucy, her or the X-1 are at the top of course but I thought we were only talking the figures. Both of those projects easily are the rarest and most sought after pieces by the man! Easily going into the $5000 range!
