Thanks guys. Been trying to get my hands on it for over a year now.

Had one in my possession but let it go for a chance at a DX.

I know Rainman figures have been a revolving door in my collection, but my collection is starting to look more and more "NOT FOR SALE"

I actually can't believe the offer I received for my Beetlejuice (Bill money and then some) :horror , but I turned it down.

Factory Owner was pricey, but probably the last figure I will ever need to buy in the secondary market. Thank Goodness for that.

All I know is that if Beto conferms the juice 2 list, My inbox will be filled, LOL.

You'll come around to the dark side army, give the rainman factory owner some time to soak in, then you be looking for another rainman fix my friend. ;)

Not really man. I owned a lot of Rainman figures already, (Bill, Wonka, Doc, Pee Wee, GBU, COL Mortimer, Anton, and soon Vince)

I think the fight club line is cool, but not interested in going down that route.

Then there's Clockwork Orange, which I still haven't watched in its entirety.

Having had Wonka in my possession already, it felt so empty without an Oompa.I wanted the Oompa! :gah:

Probably the only figure I would consider coming back to is Doc. Thats an impressive figure and one of my favorites. :monkey2

Anton is amazing and can't wait to get Jules and Mia :yess:

i think i may be the next in line to get an Oompa...i hope i can...if not....a commission of a dwarf might not be that far off for me...it might be cheaper...sheeeet...now that i think about it....i might get multiples...lol

I had considered that on a couple of occasions during my search but don't think Rainmans Oompa could be matched by anyone else tbh. Theres one man I could think of that I recon could maybe do it or at least get very close but would cost big bucks

i think it can...and i think with the right tailor....ala Moe...a couple of outfits can also be done....

maybe get someone to sculpt two different facial expressions...hmmm....got me thinking now....

Would love to see it

So. . .who wants to take bets on how long it takes for a new custom Willy Wonka outfit thread to appear?

Lol i'll go with 15 minutes lol tbh it doesnt really matter the chances of any of them getting close to Rainman's tailor is pretty low so this will likely always be the definitive version. Also gives others a chance to obtain examples of the figures at a lower price point which can't be bad.

I'm not going to lie , I think we all secretly have a little " eek " moment about the value of our Rainman figures when these threads keep appearing but if I had missed out on anything from Rainman I wanted I'd be on the list also , there will always be new things and our figures are still as limited as they always will be. The overall quality of these would be near impossible to beat and let's see someone beat Rainman's Anton sculpt ( well maybe not the size :lol ).
