naw fur coat requires more craftmanship even the shirts look better than the one rainman did for v1 tyler. yeah I have the ltd boxset v1 tyler... if the v2 looks anything close to the proto it would've surpassed v1 tyler by miles.

although I still think red jacket is the more iconic.

The Ltd set comes with two looks, so it's unfair to compare as whole figures really. Comparing the fur coat to the red leather jacket I can't agree. Leather/faux leather work in 1/6 is notoriously hard and the red leather jacket Rainman delivered was outstanding. Inae has nailed the fur coat before.

even if you were to compare wither out fit with the v1 tyler... v2 still looks tons better imo. That and the fact that Rainman f'd up the shirt pattern with v1.

whatever though your entitled to your own opinion as I am to mine.

Of course :peace. Don't get me wrong, the only aspect of the V1 that looks better to me is the jacket, compared to the fur coat. That's it. V2 wins in sculpt to everything else (except rings). I bought another custom set to fix the inaccuracies that were bugging me with the V1, I don't think anyone will have to do that with the V2.

that's pretty crappy for those who missed out and went ahead and ordered the regular set.

I agree it's lame. I think you should be able to order the complete set and cancel the reg set, DM. Maybe email SantaJack? I thought the time between when the complete set went on sale and the head/clothing set went on sale would catch any people who didn't pay.

I dont see how you guys could label this as a lame or a bad move.

The guy is a friend of mine, and he asked me for a favor to help him PO this as its 3 or 4 am where he lived.

He is serious bout buying this, he tried to come up with the cash, but couldnt come up with it in time, due to some unforseen circumstances. Sometimes we cant just get what we want in life; things dont always go the way we want it to. So he told me to cancel it asap, just in case somebody else still wants it.

Why is this labeled as a bad or lame move:dunno

Lame because it should've been canceled before the regular sets went on sale giving those who wanted and could afford the full set a chance at it. DM and those like him already sent payment for the regular set they cannot cancel and now 4 days after the reg sets sold out they find out a full set wasn't actually purchased. :gah:

If I knew he'd cancel I wouldn't have wasted my money on a Blu-Ray player for my computer.

It's lame, I agree.

I make sure I can pay right away instead of screwing people over with ordering and cancelling.

I can see how this is bad for some people and can only issue my sincere apologies, (although I know that will not help).

Had every intention of purchasing it and desperately tried to raise the cash but couldn't. Hydeous was just trying his darndest to help me out, which I immensely appreciate, but in hindsight I should have definitely made sure I had cash available.

Sorry again.

You have every right to PO and then cancel if something comes up etc!

Happens all the time in every other situation, i dont see this as being lame i just dont

It should have been either paid or canceled within 3 days, before those who wanted to buy it had already committed their money to the head/clothing set.
