I agree it's lame. I think you should be able to order the complete set and cancel the reg set, DM. Maybe email SantaJack? I thought the time between when the complete set went on sale and the head/clothing set went on sale would catch any people who didn't pay.

I thought that too but I noticed when Zuno was with Rainman the payment had to be made in 3 days if Im not mistaken. Now its 7 days. I wish I could try to get the full set but after buying the head/clothes set I invested the leftover cash on something else. Its all good but I really think the full sets should be one per customer so everyone gets a fair chance at owning one. Hopefully Marla goes better!

It's fair I think... if it goes up for grabs you can just get it... then cancel your head and clothing set... and if you paid already ask SantaJack to give you credit, pay the difference and then put the head and clothing set back up for sale... easy. Or if you just can't then just sell the head and clothing set to someone who missed out...

dont get the problem either, snakes an honest guy and i believe he thought he could get the cash but for whatever reason which isnt our business couldnt afford the fig in the end

I completely agree. Because the full sets are limited to just 15 outside of Korea, there's bound to be plenty of upset people over a situation like this. I also understand not being able to afford it, but to avoid things like this in the future, Rainman should limit the full sets to only one per customer, and expect payment the same day the reservation is placed (within a 24 hour period would be more than fair). I understand both sides, really, but a slight revamp to Rainman's policies would help everyone in the end. And no, I don't find this thread funny. What's that all about anyway?

The current system is just fine I think. My brother and I order both at the same time all the time it's just easier for everone involved including rainman...

If snake got it on his own and cancled cause he couldn't come up with the money it really would not have made a difference in the end right?? We'd be in the same scenario.

Yeah, anyone interested in the full set should contact SantaJack about switching, but I'm not sure this is possible or not. "All sales final" and all that. Nothing against Snake at all, it seems the policy change from 3 days to pay to 7 days and the head/clothing set going on sale 3 days after the full set led to this happening with this particular release.

I can see how this is bad for some people and can only issue my sincere apologies, (although I know that will not help).

Had every intention of purchasing it and desperately tried to raise the cash but couldn't. Hydeous was just trying his darndest to help me out, which I immensely appreciate, but in hindsight I should have definitely made sure I had cash available.

Silly boy, I have no idea what you are talking about. Re-read my posts.
No one in this thread has said anything personal or negative about Snake.

It's the change from 3 days to 7 days that is the culprit as I already said. If the order had been canceled for non-payment after 3 days or the ordering of the head/clothing sets were after the new 'must pay within 7 days' deadline there would have been no problem.

Besides, theres nothing wrong with the system that rainman made tbh. At the end of the day, these limited masterpieces WILL SELL OUT. Rainman is just kind enough to let us have it at the first offering.

Just you wait and see, if this doesnt get snatch up soon, and santa jack put this up on ebay... I'd be very surprised if it doesnt hit the 1k mark

Just concerned that everyone here, SS Freaks like DM and Nine who missed out and you, me and Snake as well, get a shot at purchasing the rare figures they want. I agree Rainman's system worked before and he should return to the same timeframe he had previously. The amount of time to pay for an order should be the same amount of time separating the full set ordering and the head/clothing set ordering as it always was with previous figures.

concern for everyone here? theres always a number of people here whos goin to miss out, mate. What are you talkin bout? Theres no way to satisfy everyone here. Everyone get a shot equally, gatackfc got his this time around, but missed the narrator.

if DM or nine want it that bad, they can contact jack now, bout changing their orders, Im sure something can be worked out. Besides, I remembered nine said that he didnt wanna order this one due to miscommunication with santa jack.

I haven't followed Rainmans work much in the past but has that actually happened yet ?. Somebody buying something then listing it on ebay as soon as they get it ?.

Hasn't really been abused I suppose, but Rainman seems to be getting more popular with each release. Ironically, Rainman's new spokesperson, santa jack has listed them after they had sold out.
