Yeah, I get what you're saying.

Although the movie was complete ____, I actually enjoy the atmosphere and characters. Except Sherif Eddie, or whatever his name was. That guy was just so unlikeable.

Yeah, the only human character I liked was the older brother...but that's only because I love 'Rescue Me' and he's awesome in that show.

Third, the Alien designs were putrid and the Predalien looked too much like a Predator instead of an Alien. The Alien takes on SOME characteristics, not all.

Yeah its kinda like as if Aliens that come from human hosts were to have hair on their heads and human ears and noses. Why does an alien coming from a Predator have dreadlocks and mandibles? Technically I don't think it ought to have looked much different except perhaps being even bigger than normal. But they went for a more interesting look I guess for the purposes of fun and entertainment.

I think it should have Predlocks, but they should be more Biomechanical, ya know? They should have a purpose.
I don't believe Predators have Predlocks just so they can stay warm.

I love that Predalien design though, I just pretend that it was injured when the Queen's tail broke through Scar, so it had to take more of Scar's DNA to survive.
That way I can accept it.

Exactly man. It should have been either the mandibles or the dreadlocks, not both. I'd have gone for the mandibles.

Human hair, teeth and noses aren't weapons. Maybe Yautja dreadlocks aren't hair at all, but sensors and armour of some sort. It's a movie, so anything goes - it doesn't always have to make sense.

I hate to say it, but I personally think the Resurrection alien looks best by a landslide! Just my opinion though. The movie sucked fiercely. For creativity, I have to say the Dog Alien is next. I really didn't see too much a difference in the 1st two movies designs.i know they are there, but nothing major. So my list goes:
Alien Warrior from Resurrection
Dog from Alien 3
Alien from Alien
Alien from Alien 2

Let's face it, everybody hates Resurrection (with great cause), but c'mon, the design s awesome. You get the normal alien look mixed with the dog alien legs! Pure sickness. Just an opinion though. I do not want to offend anybody.
