Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Friday the 13th 09 extended version 8/10. I'm liking this the more I watch it. Definantly one of the better remakes in recent years.

Jaws - 9/10 - Seen it several times and never tire of it.

Still my favorite Speilberg movie and the only movie to date to ever scare me sh**less as a kid. I must have jumped 10 feet in the air when the shark popped it's head out of the water when Roy Scheider is tossing the bait overboard.

Yea, that is a great scene.

Duel is still my favorite Spielberg flick.

"We're gonna need a bigger boat." Is, in my opinion, one of the very best-filmed single lines in cimena history. I think it even tops Clark Gable's "Frankly, my dear, I don't give a damn" from GWTW.

It seems to me to be at least one of the most referenced.

Jaws 2: 5/10

Not a fan of this one. I know it can't come close to its predecessor, but in this one, I was totally rooting for the shark to tear every single teenager in the movie into a thousand pieces.

Bring Me The Head of Alfredo Garcia, great! it's a ten, pretty tough movie, nice modern-esque western, lots of dirty men shooting.

Walker, Alex Cox film, another western-esque film, this one is super cool too, lots of bizarre stuff, and politically relevant today, probably always was, we never learned. I will see it again soon, highly recommend it.

Fay Grim sequel to Henry Fool (which is a great film). It's an espionage type film, not easy to describe, but if you are familiar with Hal Hartley's movies, you kinda know what to expect. I loved it, a lot different from Henry Fool, it sorta deconstructs the previous film, it kinda bugged me at first, but it has lots of great dialogues and performances...and it's nice to see the characters again.

Perfume, Story of a Murderer, this movie was cool, uh, I haven't seen Benjamin Button, but I suspect it's kinda like it, Perfume is about the life of this guy with an awesome sense of smell.

Bedtime Stories, Adam Sandler for kids, not too bad if you have a crush on Sandler, the British guy is funny, I want to see him in more movies.

I'm in between Twin Peaks the series, three episodes left, pretty great show, the second half, after the Laura Palmer stuff is kinda lame, but still really sweet. I'm ready to be done with it and get to seeing Fire Walk With Me.

Got maybe 1/4 way through it though and konked out.The action is great but, this movie is all kinds of cheese, especially the asian lady that makes tiger growls.

I give it 4.5 out of 10..but, when i finally sit to watch it all, this rating may change for better or worse.
