Gran Torino - 9/10

absolutely brilliant. amazing character development, and phenomenal ending. you can really see how Eastwood has changed (and grown up) over the years.

Watched it last night and I gotta agree...Gran Torino - 9/10

Definitely one of Eastwood's best performances as an actor and director.

The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford: 9/10 This is a great western. The film follows a nice slow pace and the story and acting are really good. Beautiful shots of open landscapes and scenery too

When the film debuted I took my wife to go see it (It was filmed here in Edmonton's historical park) The film was so long and slow paced that people were walking out of the theatre. I loved every single second of it and immediately when the film was over told my wife that Casey Afleck WILL be nominated for an Academy Award and he was.

The acting was perfect.

I had the same feeling! The movie is indeed quite long, but it's so good that I didn't even notice the time while I was watching it.

And Casey Affleck was amazing indeed, the way he portrayed his character was so good, from the awkward first conversations in the film where he meets and looks up to Jesse James and the subtle change in his behaviour when he realises that Jesse isn't the man he thought he was, is just superb.

Great film, but how freakin' depressing! Seriously, this might be the most depressing movie I've seen in years.

I also dug "The Assassination. . ." I didn't love it, but it was a well made movie all the way around, that I enjoyed. Casey Affleck is definitely better than his brother as an actor, IMO.

Yeah i really liked The Strangers as well

The Shield Season 6 9.3

This show is amazing anyone that hasn't seen it yet take my advice get season 1 and enjoy! just season 7 to go and it's finished i'll feel empty without this show

Season 6 was amazing, not as good as 5 but still amazing. Just wait until you start watching Season 7 it gets so good.

No, P2 isn't as good as P1, but it is a work of art compared to Alien: Resurrection and the AVP movies. I can enjoy it for what it is. If you can't enjoy a movie with Bill Paxton acting like a loon, then I pity you.

I've always loved predator 2. When I was younger I prefered it to the first.
I still do in terms of the predators look and still love the final scene.

In terms of an overall movie though the original predator is the one.

I can appreciate the original too BUT not for the acting, I appreciate quality acting far more than special effects and action (In this situation). Danny Glover and Gary Busey are a thousand times better than any character in P1.

So why would I buy a Dutch figure? Cuz i'ma ^^^^en moron thats why!

That and I really like rubber muscle bods

An hour of Twilight. Jesus christ what a boring ass movie. The acting is awful, as is the effects. I dont know if I can continue....it's just so....lame.

I dont think I want to....its exacly what I thought it was going to be. Washed out scenery, bad acting, and the worst on screen Teenage love affair I have ever seen.
