Finally saw Man of Steel tonight. I have to give this a 7/10. Cavill was great for the role...very charistmatic. But I didnt like Shannon at all. He just didnt fit the role. And the last 30 minutes just drug on. I felt like there was an overload of action and didnt have a chance to breathe. It was a good movie...just not the best. Sorry.

While I agree with your score for The Grey, In my opinion it has zero re-watch ability.

It is depressing, I won't BS you there. I don't need a happy ending all the time though. It's an excellent story about survival and sticking together during a hopeless time. Salvaging something decent from something tragic. At least that's how I see it.

I agree with you. I'll rewatch it one of these days. But it stuck with me, and continues to do so long after I saw it opening day.

It's a fantastic film. Wish Joe Carnahan got more praise for it.

OMG yes!!! That movie made me want to slit my wrists every minute it was on! If I was one of those characters I totally would have killed myself.

If it wasn't for the very very end with Guy Pearce, I would have burned that DVD and mailed back the charred remains to Netflix.

Still, it was a well made movie with excellent performances. But I never ever want to see it again.

Interesting concept. Great casting. Perfect execution. Great for kids ... and enough grown-up humor for parents. Just a really solid family movie.

I imagine this is the type of movie Mac and Dennis for It's Always Sunny would write.
The dialogue is tired and cliched, Stallone looks totally bored and Van Damme looks like a drag queen without her wig.
