I don't know what to rate this really, it's a powerful film. Horrible subject matter with very graphic and upsetting scenes.

This was made on the cheap, long before CGI and any touching up.

It's brutally realistic looking and that adds spades to its story and narrative.

A well made movie but of such uncomfortable subject matter that it confuses if its good or bad.
