Rampage 3.5/10 I thought this would be a typical Dwayne Johnson action film which are for the most part entertaining.I don't go to DJ films for the acting.. but the acting of the lead Female was so bad in this and her dialog was atrocious.I had to knock off a full point for her and another point for the corporate chick and her partner who were also terrible.The CGI was all so SyFy channel.Too bad.

It was okay. Actually better than I thought but still not like what I'd hoped. They changed a few things which I didn't mind but nothing too big to get upset about I guess. Morgan Freeman was a plus and had a few GOT actors I recognized. It's free if to stream if you have Amazon Prime.

I'm a BIG Wes Anderson fan, but this bored me.

I'll admit I was struggling to stay awake, so maybe it was just a bad day to watch a movie.

Ginger Snaps - 4/10

Not sure what the general consensus on it is here, but I thought this was just bad. The story on paper was great and had a lot of heart but the final execution was average at best. Most of the effects were laughable, especially the wolf who just magically melted into a pool of blood upon getting hit by a car/truck. And then after all of that build up, the main character ends up turning into a giant mange-infected rat instead of a werewolf. Overall direction was pretty bland too.

Normally I'd give it more of a pass since the story was so great, but if the effects are a fail, then the movie is a fail. Makes me appreciate AWIL and Dog Soldiers even more.

Baahubali: The Beginning. 8/10

Watched this last night. I'll admit I started watching out of morbid curiosity but it hooked me almost instantly. Despite its flaws it remains a very fun film and a visual delight. The revelation at the end was pretty shocking!

It really surpasses the original, thats what i call a comedy, instant cult classic, lots of quotable jokes and memorable moments, i was blown away by the humour! Too bad IW will shut if down next weekend at the box office, sad to say.

War For Planet Of The Apes

I didn't plan to stay up till 4 am watching this movie,
but I just couldn't turn off the tv. It was very good!
The story is excellent. Special effects are amazing.
