Really liked how this anime looked, and it was very well done. The ending was fairly abrupt which dissapointing, but otherwise very good.

On a related note, after watching this I saw there is a live action version on TV, only caught a few moments... but it looked terrible

Well, I finally did it... I saw one of the worst movies ever made. Today on Netflix Instant I watched:

Battlefield Earth: Wow was it bad/10
Not sure which was worse, Travolta's incredible over-acting or the most ridiculous storytelling of all time. It really is amazing how monumental of a suckfest this movie really is.
But, at least it wasn't the Star Wars Holiday Special

Iron Man 2 - 10/10

Really really enjoyed it, as much as the first one

Much more action and story, and the scene after the credits is worth sticking around for.

I'm excited to see IM2 aswell....hopefully it will be better than that mediocrity they called the first Ironman.
If it wasn't for RDJr performance and all the pretty colors in the first one, it would have been a disaster. Just sayin'

Its OK at best. You really have to be a fan of the Anime movie AND series to like the live action movie.
