Interesting idea, but not a great movie IMO. Don't understand Sam Neil's deal with his daughter at all. . .

Possibly my favorite Woody Allen film, up there with Manhattan. The cynic in me loves that ending.

Beowulf (2007): 8.5/10
First time I saw this, and I thought it was great! The animation looked really good on some occassions, not so good on others, but overall it was a nicely animated film. I loved the creature designs and the fact that it wasn't a kiddy animated film. The action was raw, the characters were flawed. Definitely an awesome watch!!!

Pure nostalgia trip, haven't seen it in years. I can't believe they're thinking of making a 3rd, and both Bill and Ted don't seem averse to the idea.

I love this more and more each time I see it.
The Girl Next Door: 6.5/10
A very enjoyable film and not just for lovely Elisha. The scenario could have lent for easy smutty gags and 'teen comedy', but it was handled with care and actually quite sweet. Timothy Olyphant was hilarious also. Don't care if I get slagged for this one.
