Totally agree. I think Jay Baruchel is quickly becoming one of my favorite actors. HTTYD ftw!

He was the worst part of HTTYD. His voice does not sound like a 14 year old boy.....it was very jarring. I dont mind him, and I love the movie....but his voice was ____ing bizzare.

The Crazies - 6.5 out of 10

Not nearly as bad as I expected.

Agreed. Watched this last night myself. I'd probably even go 7/10.

Story was pretty cliche laden, but the lead actors weren't terrible and it moved along pretty well.

I thought it matched perfectly. Dragons is a perfect movie in every aspect.

Date Night: 7/10

Not too bad. Tina Fey and Steve Carrell really carried the picture. I can imagine this being unwatchable with other actors in the roles.

I've watched a ton over the holidays -

Christmas Carol with Jim Carrey - 3/10. I don't like the polar expressy animated humans, as they creep me out. I bought the poster for Mars Needs Moms, because it looks great, but I think I'll be skipping that movie for the same reason. I watched the Muppets Christmas Carol to wash the bad taste out of my mouth.

Tangled - 10/10. Damn, this was far funnier and sweet than I had expected. Really caught me by surprise, and it's right up there with Beauty and the Beast for me. Great stuff!

The Expendables - 6/10. Enjoyable 80's action flick. Lots of people die, lots of fights, lots of explosions, not much of a story.

Tangled - 10/10. Damn, this was far funnier and sweet than I had expected. Really caught me by surprise, and it's right up there with Beauty and the Beast for me. Great stuff!

There's a ton of directors who should watch this movie. Spend a few more minutes on your characters and hold back the action until the audience cares. The CG characters in this film were more likable that most of the live action I've seen this year.

The flipside of Tangled. Robert Zemeckis runs afoul of the Uncanny Valley yet again. Another film full of dead stares and flying camera overload. The face capture technology he uses isn't so different from Cameron's on Avatar, but there's clearly a difference in results.

He'd better knock it out of the park with Yellow Submarine or I'm never buying a ticket for one of his films again.

Robin Hood: 5/10

Fairly meh movie... interesting idea to give the story of how Robin Hood came into being, but it just didn't have much energy or spirit to it. Didn't hate it, but have no interest in seeing it again.

Blue Mountain State Season 1 - 9/10 PURE AWESOMWNESS!!!!! How did I miss this show last season. Pure Guy Genius!!!

Season 2 only get better !

The Disappearance of Alice Creed 10/10.

Been hearing alot about this one. May have to check it out.

The Last Airbender: 3/10

mmmeh...effects and such were neat but the characters and actors portraying them were just boring. Couldn't get in to any of em.

They choice of actors for the young children is what killed this one.

Top Gun: 8/10

Just a fun action film, if you don't think too much about the crazy plotlines and whatnot. Definitely a fun watch on a lazy sunday afternoon.

Exactly what I mean. People should approach most movies from this aspect. What makes you enjoy it... FUN MOVIES !

Series 1 was, and always will be, superbly weird and hilarious. I remember seeing it back in the day on BBC3 before the Boosh got massive and everyone and their dog got 'into them'.

The Crazies (remake) 8/10 I really enjoyed this one maybe even a tad more than the original.

I just seen this last night, and I would give it around the same score 7/10. But what I don't get is why would the infected work with each other (hunters), when some of them were killing each other off (pitch-fork scene)?
