Mediocre gore flick with a strange kinda original storyline, the usual sexy girls & nakedness. All in all an okay watch but not one I'd tell anyone to watch.

Star Wars Ep. III, 8/10

Loved Grievous's character (even though CW was better), loved seeing the Republic turn into the Galactic Empire, Order 66 scene was awesome. Only downsides: silly all CGI fight between Sidious and Yoda, and the dialogue! ("In my opinion, the Jedi are evil!")

Just re-watched "The Shawshank Redemption" tonight with my aunt, who's never seen it before. 10/10!!!
She loved it too.

Such an awesome movie! Her English isn't that great yet, and it was fortunate that the Blu-ray offers Mandarin subtitles. So we watched it with that on. She noticed that the translation of the title was called "1995:Exciting", which I thought was freaking weird! Now I know why all those Chinese to English translations you see on chop stick wrappers and other Chinese things are so bad!!

It's funny she mentioned the translation of the title because I just saw this on the IMDB website for "Shawshank":
"This movie was released in Taiwan as "1995: Fantastic" (it was released in Taiwan in 1995). Many viewers thought it would be an action movie."

Looking forward to the new Star Trek. Should be fun.

Watching Incredibles right now--almost over, but I know the score: easy 10/10 Harry Knowles said that this is what they should do with the Avengers--quality CGI and Brad Bird. I bet that would be 100X better than whatever they come up with in terms of a live action flick.

Monsters Vs Aliens (3D): 8/10

Really solid and fun flick, IMO. Lot of great sci-fi references, solid voice characters and a fun story. And the 3D was really well done

Resident Evil: Apocalypse: 3/10

My friend and I just got done playing RE5 and now he wanted to watch the movies! I hated this movie the first time I saw it and I can't belive I sat through it again. I just can't get over the fact that the got some old guy to play Carlos and how short the Nemesis looks.

Just watched 'Deliverance' for the first time ever. It now seems clear what that South park Indy4 episode was referancing!

I give it 8/10. I was surprised Burt Reynolds character didn't end up being the 'hero', what with being injured - and it came down to Jon Voight - my god he has aged since then.

And Ronny Cox not playing a bad guy for once!

I remember that movie scaring the hell out of me the first time I saw it (I think I was 14 or 15). I didn't want to go camping for a long time afterwards.
