The King's Speech 10/10

Remarkable!!!!

The relationship between Bertie (Firth) & Lionel (Rush) is simply wonderful!

Colin Firth and Geoffrey Rush give inspired performances. I now totally understand why Firth got the nod for the Academy Award, it was throughly well deserved!

Tom Hooper did a magnificent job this being his directional debut, I am very much looking forward to his next offering.

The last ten minutes of this film was extremely poignant, some of the most powerful film making I have witnessed.

I had a double feature:

Batman Begins & The Dark Knight 10/10

Apart, they are two amazing films, together, they are an experience to behold. Nolan & Co.s final chapter cannot come soon enough.

Buried - 6.5/10 - Not a bad movie, but gets a bit boring with the same view over the whole film.

1990: The Bronx Warriors - 7/10 - Pretty kewl flick. A mix of The Warriors and Escape from New York.

Green Lantern - 6/10 - Average meh comic movie. FX were good in some spots and very weak in others. Reynolds was good as Hal but Strong showed him up as Sinestro.

Dreamscape - 7/10 - Pretty kewl movie for the time. I'm sure it influenced A Nightmare on Elm Street and Inception.

The Spirit - 3/10 - Moive sucked. If Scarlett Johansson wasn't in it, would be a 1/10.

Hellraiser 6: Hellseeker - 3/10 - What a suck ass Hellraiser moive. No gore till the end and what was there was weak. Pinhead is hardly in it.

Bad Teacher - 6/10 - Compared to Bad Santa, was weak. A few funny parts but average overall.

Red Dragon -7.5/10 - Pretty good prequel to Lambs. Thought everyone did their roles well and was well directed.

The Adjustment Bureau 6.5/10

The sci-fi aspects aren't fully explored, but I liked Damon and Blunt. Obviously, this is not one of the better Philip K. ____ adaptations.

The Last House On The Left 3.5/10 I've seen the remake but this was really bad. Its based on a brutal true story and actual events yet it felt like I was watching The Dukes of Hazard (music) and a 70's porno at times. Yikes.

I saw the remake first, so I was shocked by the cornball music and horrendous acting. It's just an all around piss poor piece of filmmaking. I'm not sure I would even rate it that high.

I watched "I Saw The Devil" on Netflix and that movie blew me away. Have you guys seen this movie???

Yeah, I saw that one recently. It's definitely edge of your seat viewing. Both of the main actors were outstanding.

Totally, you're right. I dunno I guess my rating reflected seeing Craven, Cunningham and Miner all in the same credits.

Well you also have to take into consideration when it came out. At the time, it was very low budget and brutal.

I've seen the bad guy's acting skills in Oldboy but his performance was out of this world even though he is playing the wrong doer this time around.

Transformers 2- Rating 9/10

Real actual film based rating....2/10...

The action is just so cool, I cant help but enjoy it. No matter how incredibly horrible it gets. And it does.
