Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Rise of the Apes 9/10. My favorite of the year so far - well done as a stand alone film, and you can actually watch this one back to back with the original first film and they tie right together. Obviously, there are some changes to what happens with the following 4 films, but I think all the changes made complete sense (making the situation more relevant to our current world), and I was very pleased with how much sense it did make. There are still some silly plot holes, but you have to be pretty nit picky to be overly concerned about them.

I have to watch it again just to try to pick up all the tie-ins with the original film too...there were tons! "It's a madhouse I tell you - a madhouse!"

Frozen 7/10. Actually really good acting in that movie, and quite scary in the sense of "what would I do in that situation".

But, it wasn't even 15 minutes into their predicament I figured it out. Take every ones outer garments off, make a "rope" out of them, secure it to the lift and have someone shimmy down it. That would put them low enough to the ground that they wouldn't get hurt after landing. That person goes for help, and the other 2 pull the garments back up and put them on. At least, that's what I would have suggested.

Conan the Barbarian 9/10
Take me Home Tonight 8/10 (soft spot for anything 80's related)
Batman Begins 10/10

So many iconic shots that I loved seeing again and again

I mean the scene with the Bats and the scenic shots of him watching over Gotham. Priceless.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Horrible bosses - scenes without Jennifer Aniston - a solid comedy

Scenes with Jennifer Aniston - best film ever made.

Fright Night the original- 8/10.

Awesome flick. It just got better, and better. I can't see the remake improving much...other then Anton Yelchen as Charlie. He's an awesome actor.

The effects in this one will also be better. The last vampire death scene was creepy as ____....

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

The Messenger - 9/10

Superheroes (Documentary) - 0/10
If I were rating it based on how hard I laughed at all the nerds, losers and attention whores profiled in this documentary then I'd give it a 10/10. But that score really isn't applicable because these pathetic souls honestly believe they're real life superheroes. The word "Delusional" doesn't even begin to describe the people profiled.

ALL of them suffered some kind of traumatic event which promoted the whole "transformation" into their lame superhero personifications that all boil down to horrible conceived costumes and gaudy masks. These people are as worthless as the Guardian Angels except they look 10X more ridiculous.

Nerds.
