I liked this alot.. kept you wondering exactly what it was about for most of the movie. 8.92/10
I cried like a ^^^^^ toward the end.

I agree aboout Lakeview terrace , great flick.
Sam Jackson can play a nut case pretty good.

The Blu-Ray picture is amazing

Ive been in the process for about a week now of writing a paper for an animation class on pinocchio. A biography on Sharpsteen and Luske. A full Plot segmentation, and an analysis of the film itself. It is a masterpiece. Ive watched it twice in one day. haha

While I wait for Army of Darkness to get here from Netflix, I re-watched:

House of 1000 Corpses 7/10

Good movie. Disturbing and crazy which really works for the story. Gore but not too gory. You can really tell these people like to do what they do. To them it's just having fun and getting enjoyment out of it. This movie always kind of reminded me of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre family a bit. Not exactly the same but close.

The Devils Rejects 8/10

I liked this better than House of 1000 Corpses but I don't know why. Maybe it's the Captain Spaulding character. He's in it more in this one than he was in the last. There's a Star Wars reference in it too which is always a plus in my book.

Jurassic Park 10/10

I've always loved this movie. Incredible cinematic achievement and great film score. I love this movie so much that I read the book twice even though it is different than the film. This movie really brought a new age for cinematic visuals in my opinion. Great characters, great story and great music. I can't find any flaws with this movie to be honest.

Classic great film that launched the careers of Cameron and solidified Arnold as the icon. I noticed this time of watching it how much the film has the Escape From New York feel to it. Dark, decaying city which in of itself doesn't seem to fully belong to EFNY, but it definately has that feel to it.

Whatever, I love this film and I even prefer it to T2, which I also love but for me I'll take the original if had to choose.

Let The Right One In - 6/10 - Decent little vampire flick, dragged a bit too much.

Slumdog Millionaire - 8/10 - It's as good as people say it is. Well done movie that deserved it's Oscar.

The Hellcats - 4/10 - cheezy 60's biker movie with horrible acting, story and action lol.

The Vanishing : 4/10

The Plot is actually very good and i expected something above average but,the directing was just terrible,if a creative director made this movie it could be very good,or better yet,make a Mini series out of it,because i felt like this story deserved a much more than a 100 minute movie,they pushed it forward way too fast.The acting was pretty bad too.
