Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Messing with you of course :D To me it's a very well made film with humorously fantastic acting. It's all in the style and feel my friend. :)

"Groundbreaking" films ended about 30+ years ago. Well the Shawshank Redemption is the only exception to that. :D

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Yeah, the acting was awesome. :lol

The last groundbreaking film for me was erm...... Fight Club :D

(imo).

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

Eye See You 2002 5/10 Stallone wasn't bad in it. Lots of known actors in it. Just wasn't well thought out IMO.

Pablo Francisco comedy 2004. It's on Netflix. 7/10. Hilarious. Love that guy.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

There is no question he has talent, and his impressions are great (as are his sound effects). But his style is a little ADD for me.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

The Lorax ('12) - 6/10

John Carter - 7/10 (not nearly as bad as the box office would suggest)

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

It wasn't a remake. It was a terrible sequel made only for money to keep the franchise going.

That's what I was thinking... I know a remake (where the above picture came from) is supposed to happen; but I didn't find anything to suggest it was out.

But I can agree the sequels to Hellraiser (except maybe the first one, which is kind of fun) have been all kinds of awful.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I'm probably the only person on the planet that actually enjoyed Hellraiser Inferno (V). I also thought Hell on Earth (III) and Bloodline were decent, but not nearly on the level of I and II. Parts VI onwards were garbage in my opinion.

"My Week with Marilyn" 4/10

No way did she deserve an Oscar Nomination.

Re: Rate The Last Movie You Watched.

I wanna see The Hunter is it worth going to the theater for, or is it a wait and rent?

Definitely wait. I caught it on tv last night on HDNet channel. They get films to show a few weeks before they hit theaters. It's pretty cool, so far I've seen 13 Assasins, Trollhunter, Tim and Eric's Billion Dollar Movie, and The Hunter. I'm sure they show more but those are the ones I've happened upon and they typically only show it once.

The Hunter is good but it doesn't quite know what it wants to be. It's worth a watch though.

How was Tim and Eric?
