I thought i voted for cold stare before but whatever put me on scowl the majority one that's not a smile.

I guess I too am going with whatever is not a smile scowl/ cold stare. I honestly don't get why people would want a Bateman with two interchangable happy/ open smile faces???

My reasoning is because I'd like a devilish expression on Bateman, but the first sculpt is way too over the top for my taste. Ideally I would have liked a smirking sculpt and a cold stare.

You nailed it Dane. The real culprit that's causing the rift is the screaming sculpt. The large majority doesn't want it so their voting for their runner up as their main sculpt choice, probably with the idea of never/rarely using the screaming sculpt.

In a perfect world all would be right if we got the scowl & smile. But honestly my two personal choices would have been scowl & bloody, wild haired, post axe murder frenzy.

But that's why we're voting, there's a few different schools of thought

Instead of providing the body which almost everyone is going to replace, can Denny add another accessory of majority vote instead? Don't know about the others but persoanlly I don't want a $400 DX with a bootleg body.

Selling just kits would save them a massive amount of time dressing and preparing all of the figures and could also cut the cost down slightly.
I'm sure they do have many buyers though who are fine with the bodies and leave them just how they are. Selling kits will probably also loose a few customers who don't buy loose bodies and custom figures.

It would raise the price and I'd imagine be very hard to find as many as they would need but I think the best way would be to provide better bodies.

not really IMO there are a lot of people in the forum who regularly use it in their respective bashes. The most common complaints are because the joints are sometimes a little too loose (which can be fixed by tightening the screws or using the old glue trick) and that the wrist holes are too small for HT wrist pegs...

There is a newer version of the bootleg body which claims to have eliminated both problems of loose joints and have made the wrist holes compatible to fit normal HT wrist pegs... People buy them a lot, generally because they are cheaper, easily available and do the job just as well...

till now personally Ive had no issues with any of the bootleg bodies.

I'm eager to get my hands on one of the new knock-off bodies to check it out. Neo/Smith will probably be my first experience with them.
