I'm considering this. The screaming sculpt is great but I wouldn't use it. I may order a regular version and just try for an overcoat on eBay if I feel the need for one.

think the suit will fit even better on a tt adv.

Shave down the biceps and VOILA... i think the TT adv will fill out shoulders, traps and chest.

we can always be better, look thinner.

I like it I do but for $550 I'd want it to be even better and tbh I price increase of nearly $200 just for the overcoat and another HS takes the **** a little

that's the move: mr bateman is absolutely deserving of a genuine TT.

Thinking about the suit fit And it dawns on me that what I'll do is use a ttm 21 adv to fill in the chest and arms and shoulders.

think the suit will fit even better on a tt adv.

Judging from this pic, I don't think that you can even get a 21 in these clothes. IDK how the new knock off bodies size up to the True Types (18) but I noticed before that the KO's are slightly smaller in certain parts than the TTM18. I've swapped every Iminime figure so far over to an 18 and the clothes always fit a bit tighter on the official TT then on the KO.

It doesn't look bad or hinder articulation or anything but it is noticeably different when you're making the swap. That said I think swapping this over to a TTM18 will add a little extra bulk. If they are able to loosen the leg a bit we'll be able to fit thigh extenders to look more natural.

this is an easy fix: you can always swap out the arms and use either the ttadv arms on the narrow or vice versa.

Hmmmm... Gotta see... I think if you sand down the approriate parts you can make a PERFECT body. We'll see... I'll let everyone know! LOL

About the sculpt in the picture above... is that one missing the blood splatter?!

I'm upset I have to go DX to get the overcoat...

I'd really love the serious sculpt, suit and overcoat for the alley way scene look but I don't feel like paying $200 for just the coat as I do not want the screaming sculpt. The raincoat with the serious sculpt doesn't make sense to me?

The serious sculpt is a HOME RUN. You guys seeing Wayne at all? Pfft.

I asked Denny if he would sell me an extra screaming sculpt because I want one bloodied and one clean and he said that he has to keep it exclusive so it couldn't be sold separately. If I get a bloodied with my set and one of you ask for non-bloodied, I'll happily buy the sculpt from you

The one fault I have with this (and most iminime releases) is that the clothes
Is tailored to big. I wish for once they would just shave a mm or two of every pattern just to see what happens.

That's my main problem as well, for $600 I'd expect tailoring on the level with Bitzway's $200 Carlito

Some of the more fanatical Bateman fans could get Kato to work on a suit. It's a suit, and the sculpt is fantastic...Kato's two biggest criteria for taking on a project.

You know, I'm totally on board to try. My relationship with Kato is pretty good. BUUUUUUT... When I asked Kato the first time he said that out of respect for Denny's project that he wouldn't offer it. Not sure why he thinks its disrespectful?

HOWEVER if enough are interested... PERHAPS. Purchasers of the DX could have TWO FULL FIGURES at that point.
