It's not small. I compared it with Hottoys head which comes with their narrow shoulder body.
the size is same or a bit big~ so don't worry.
If you wear, shirt, suit and overcoat on the body with layers, it looks bulky.
I am trying to fix as tight as possible.

I have a few sculpts from iminime, and they are all slightly larger scale than Hottoys, so I don't think this sculpt is undersized, its just the bulky coat throwing it off

thank you all.

we have tried so many attemp for outfit so far.
and I will try to fix as much as possible.
but please believe me the overcoat is not bad at all ^^
and i tell my tailor to tight the overcoat as much as possible
but the fabric is the only option i have. there were not many fabric.
i wish i had someone to pick up and check fabric for our custom.
hk has a lot more options for farbric ^^
anyway, as you guys know. iminime always try to fix to satisfy customers if we can.

I don't know how the other guys feel but I'll give you my honest opinion. If you can't make the suspenders at a decent quality level then maybe its probably better off that you don't include them. You're just going to end up spending time and money on something that everyone is going to complain about .

If they can't be made with material, elastic and metal for the buckles, then there's no reason putting something cheap on this beautiful figure. No one will display him without the blazer on anyway so I don't think that anyone would mind.

I just watched this movie for the first time last night, such a great film. I might have to buy this figure as he turned out pretty nice.

I just watched this movie for the first time last night, such a great film. I might have to buy this figure as he turned out pretty nice.

I have to return some videotapes.

All joking aside... as a young adult this was a important piece of fiction for me. I read the Bret Easton Ellis book sometime around the age of 20, years before the film was made. I was horrified and fascinated by it. I remember watching the film and being disappointed that the sex and violence wasn't as graphic... but then it wouldve been rated X certainly. I've rewatched the film a few times and I can say now with certainty that its a wonderful movie full of subtext and metaphor and open to interpretation... a quality that sorely lacks from today's cinema. And this figure? Are you kidding me? It's beyond good.

Isn't it funny how a good figure can cause people to go back and watch the film if they haven't seen it? I've noticed it in the memmento thread too. Interesting the power of a collectible.

Yup. Rainman's Plainview turned me on to There Will Be Blood. Really it was everyone in the thread hyping it up to be this tremendous flick. If it wasn't for them and Rainman I still probably wouldn't have watched it yet. And I'd be seriously missing out because that's a movie that I previously turned my head to, and I now hold near and dear to my heart

I have not posted about this yet but I just adore everything about this custom! I don't mind the screaming head and love the coat but just need to cut back on the funds, will stick to my gums about non DX. But this is everything I could want in a Bateman. In my opinion this is iminimes magnum opus.

Yeah, it's great for when he's leaning up against the wall by the entertainment system holding the CD jewel case in his hand.

I hope Kato makes the outfit because I'd love to have two versions of Bateman to display.

Seeing the figure actually prompted me to watch the film, it turned out so great that it made me want to watch the movie. I've noticed that I haven't run out to watch some of the films the Rainman figures were based on though, probably trying to protect my wallet a bit
