I don't hate Quarantine. If nothing else, it offers something I've always wanted to see in a "found footage" movie - someone gets beaten with the camera.
Here's hoping they go with Quarantiner.

i love the shotgun scene, when one of the "infected/eherm" residents just wont go down. and keeps getting up.
the ending come to think of it, is a disturbing revelation.

ooops didnt see this thread....so I will repost here.
Saw Rec 2 the other day On Demand. I never saw the first rec but had seen quarantine. I really liked Quarantine. Having seen Quarantine, Rec 2 seemed to follow and made sense somewhat, but I take it the virus in Rec 1, unlike Quarantine, was a "different" virus and a lot more going on then just a viral infection based on what was happening in Rec 2. Was a pretty good movie with an interesting ending.
I wonder if Quarantine 2 may have a new angle to it that follows Rec and Rec 2...........I still dont understand what that thing in the attic in Quarantine was..........it definitely could be a basis for following the Rec and Rec 2 angle for the outbreak in Quarantine 2

Quarantine 2 and Rec 2 will be completely different from what I have read;supposedly, Q2 ends up in a airport somehow.
. I'm waiting to see if they come out with a english dub for Rec 2, but I cant wait to see this.

You won't find it in video stores, it hasn't released in theaters.
Do you have a PS3? You can rent it from the Playstation store as a sneak preview. It was $12.99, but oh so worth it.

Saw REC 2 a couple of months ago. As I have told countless friends, it's like what would happen if every Zombie film out there raped The Exorcist and this was the bastard HELL SPAWN!!! REC 2 is one of the best horror sequels ever in my mind and it is one of the best horror films of the last two decades topping the original and paving the way for what's to come from Placo Plaza and Co.--REC: GENESIS and REC: APOCALYPSE. I cannot wait to see what's to come as we might be seeing the events behind the original priest's attempt to exorcise Nina in Genesis and then Nina getting out of the apartment and taking it to the rest of Barcelona and then the world! ____ YES!!!
