RECASTERS: you aren't welcome here!!!

Ok peeps, I think we all know what a touchy subject this is with us collectors so IF this thread is gonna stay, please keep the language and insults to a minimum.

we should make people aware of re-casters and the items they sell, there's no need for vulgarity to go with it.

Oh, and I closed his Want to Buy thread and removed his offer in JBinny's thread.
What can I say, they bring out the evil in me !!

At least he says its NOT Sideshow, but do you think that this is a custom (one of a kind) made piece or is this one of those mass produced in "secret lair" kinds?

when they say it's not a sideshow piece but a recast. it's bogus.straight crap..it scares me because i want to buy a couple statues off of ebay and now i am not sure i will ever do it now

what sideshow needs to do is somehow mark there pieces that they create. not just numbering but give it a serial number or a hologram code.so we as collectors will see that it's from the company we like and not a rip off. when they do these stickers or holograms. they should do it when they arrive back at the warehouse in california. so the manufactoring company has no idea what is being marked on the pieces. sideshow personally does it. when they inspect and ship.

That's fine that the moderator's choose who can of can't be on the board, but we (the posters) have no right to say who should or should not be on the board.

I don't approve of recasting in general. But, it's not my call. And unless you are the moderator, it's not your's either.
