I did the disarm easy , just go to a hideout with a bunch of guys in hiding all over the place ( I did it in the mine one , forgot the name ). Take a gun with as many bullets in as possible without reloading , I used a rifle with about 20 bullets in i think. Everytime you see a guy disarm him with dead eye. Stock up on tobbaco and stuff incase the dead eye runs out.

I did the same. It was WAAAAY easier than it had to be. After doing challeneges like, killing cougars and bears with your knife, six disarms is kid stuff.

Just run through the Gaptooth Breach challenge with your weapon drawn, hold the button down the whole time, don't let go, and just Dead Eye each person's hand until you get the six. Dead Eye reloads automatically, but it doesn't count as a "reload".

Killing a bear with a knife was waaay easier than I expected. I just shot one in the ass four times with the Bolt Action Rifle, then chopped it's face off. The cougars were a lot tougher imo.

I tried a couple of times with the Evans Repeater which has 22 shots I think. It just killed people. Then I switched to Lemat Revolver and got it done. This was at Fort Mercer.

The only problem I had with that one was, any bear I went after with this intent always had his frickin ninja bear friends waiting for me in the bushes. Stupid ninja bears.

Dead eye desont count as a reload? well thats easy then.
Killin cougars with my knife always gets me killed. Should I shoot it first? If i get it in the leg will it slow down?
Not looking forward to ninja bears...

I'm on it! I hate cougars... Their so fast:(
I feel so close to the legend of the west outfit. Think I'm gonna restart my game. In the begining I never did any of the challenges. Kinda forgot about them

One of the things I enjoyed most about the game was just stopping and slowly walking through the wilderness, enjoying the scenery and listening to the ambience but I understand not everyone enjoys doing that. I must say though the story gets very engaging and satisfying so I just gotta advise, maybe give it a bit more time to get into it, you may find those spectacular moments you were hoping for...If not oh well :peace

I dunno I liked doing that kinda stuff in Fallout 3, but I dunno man...I need to give it a few more tries before I think about turning it in. My friend at work, said since I feel that way about it he may just trade it in because he was seeing if I got to play online with me.

If you don't have any bit of interest in westerns, this isn't a game for you.

I like some westerns....I dunno though.

I was playing Free Roam last night, taking on Fort Mercer by myself, then two kids with green names came in, I figure that means they were in the same posse, and they just started blasting me!!

One of the kids had his headset on so I could hear him talking to his buddy, and it just befuddled me why they'd start killing me instead of the bad guys.

It's why I hate multiplayer. Little kids being douchebags.

Just finished the Sharpshooter Challenges! Disarm was easier than i thought. I just walked into the armadillo saloon and drew my gun and started shootin gang memebers. Cool part is you can disarm the same person multiple times and every time it counts.
Now I just have to pick a bunch of flowers and figure out how to kill a cougar with a knife:woo

i didn't have much problem with the cougars. I just go to a place near cliffs and set some bait and go into them swinging.

I'm having a hard time doing the disarm. what gun do you guys use for that task? I was trying to do it with the highpower handgun.

I got the posse achievment before by chance , I sent few guys I was playing with requests to join one and ended up getting it. :lol
I thought it was 16 people but it must have be less since there's no way there were that many people in there.

The posse achievement is for 8 people.

I HATE HORSESHOES! Its so f'n random. The controls don't do squat. I can close my eyes and do just as well. I want that damn Horseshoes and Handgrenades trophy but I can't take it anymore.

Hey, anyone have any idea why I can't buy the US Army scrap at the tailor? Its the last thing I need to get that outfit.
