I've never had any issues with the PSN and I play a lot of Call of Duty. I'd say as of lately I've had more dropped games on the 360 than on the PS3. But yeah, the $50 we spend each year for Xbox Live makes it better

Yes, they still are allowing you to pre-order it online, or in your local Best Buy store (with a $5.00 pre-order payment), and get the exclusive "War Horse". Here is the link:

It says on that page in the lower right corner the War Horse code is "in pack". Meaning if you buy the game from Best Buy (like I am doing...and I work for them), the code for the War Horse will be inside the package with the game.

So basically there's no way to preorder the game from best buy just for the code and return the game?

I would say no. You would need to open the game to get the code card.

That will be hard to return the game. Because you have to open the game case to get the code for the "War Horse" inside the case. At Best Buy the only thing you can do with returned games that have been opened, is get a replacement game. It has to be the same game that is the replacement. Plus games are only accepted for returns for a replacement if you game is NOT in working order. So...no. There is no way to buy the game, get the code out of the case, and then return your game you just bought for a refund.

Josh, I will see what I can find out about the exclusive Jazz for the Transformers game, and I'll send you a PM about what I find out.
