Red Ninja 12-inch Figure

What is there to debate? What any of us have to say isn't going to change the fact that this Red Ninja is the next figure going up for order.

Why _____ when we know that Zartan, Destro, Scarlet, Baroness, Dusty, Snow Job and another Snake Eyes are confirmed on the way.

True, but just because SS says there on the way doesnt mean that they will be done especially when we only get 5 or 6 a year

No one is saying "such and such way or the highway." The Red Ninja is coming with most of our favorite core characters already promised as being in development. If you think the line could really die with sell out after sell out and somehow end production of figures already being worked on you're certainly free to be concerned. You can even say "I told you so" if 2-3 years pass and we still don't have Destro or Zartan.

Another thing SSC has stated is that they have really big plans for upcoming environments. I wonder if they'll have something at SDCC that ties in with Snakes, SS, and the Red Ninja. Arashikage Dojo perhaps?

100% truth josh. i play with my 12'' joes way more than i should given that they are stamped with the 'high end collectible' tag but pew pew laser sounds have been a constant since i got duke the other day.

which roadblock would you guys want...v1 or v2?

I'd rather have a V1, but really either way I'd be super stoked. Roadblock, Stalker, Scarlett, Duke and Snake Eyes together on a shelf would make me very happy.

Wouldn't you guys prefer to just buy the JUMP packs themselves and not have to shell out extra for the pad? I'm sure we'd all like to have more than one pack, no?

Maybe if Sideshow said...Hey guys...here is Red Ninja! but we also have another for you....Dusty? Snowjob? Hawk? Perhaps that would of made more fans happy....I think its the wait for these is what gets people annoyed! I really dont want to wait 5 years for a Destro....Sure,all these great characters Sideshow says are "in development"....but for how long?....we all know Sideshow shows a figure and then you get it a year later! If Zartan shows up at the SDCC....we wont be getting him till May,2011...its not about the quality or so much the character...its the pace and wait time,at least for me ....(Sideshow could post a new figure and promise it would ship in two weeks and you all would still buy it,regardless of how quick these came out)

I cant stop looking at the teaser pic. This figure is going to be amazing. Every one is topping the last. Is it the 8th yet? I need more info.

Figure looks cool in the pic. I will probably pass, but it is tempting. I may at least pick up some parts for some other things I am planning.

Figure looks nice...odd choice but could be cool. This is going to be a tough one, but if the price is right and there are some cool accessories then I think I'd bite. I guess this is based on the comics and the foreign "Satan" figure?

Well, we have 5 of them so far and 3 more of them are confirmed on the way. What incomplete set of core figures. . .

Up there with figure after figure of Jedi in robes and armor after armor.

I am I missing something. We have Cobra Trooper, Duke, and Storm Shadow out of that set. The V1 Cobra Commander and V1 Snake Eyes are on the way, but not out yet. V2 Snakes and Bradstreet Cobra Commander are not in the 25th Anniversary set.

Sorry Teemu but this makes absolutely no sense to me. Sideshow HAS told us that's there's more core characters coming, it's in your post!

So in fact SS has done exactly what you're asking, they've said here's a red ninja but also we have dome Cobra Commander in the works along with Zartan, V1 Snake Eyes, Dusty, Snowjob, Hawk, Crisomson Guard, and the ladies are supposed to make their debut this year for relase next year.

I think at this point some of us are just plain nit picking and looking for anything and everything to dissect and then pick apart simply because he's not your particular favorite. If you don't like it, put your money where your mouth is and don't buy it and move on.

Yeah, when? These figures have been announced/in development for what, over a year now and still no pre-orders yet they have no problem squeezing out generic figures that don't require much effort on their part to make in less than a trimester.

I'm perfectly fine so long as it means we keep getting Duke quality figures. Snake Eyes underwhelming body aside, we've yet to get a dud from the regular releases. I think had this been an SDCC Ex (which I think it was supposed to be), I doubt there'd be as many railing it.
