The EX from preview of production last year sometime looks to be a giant axe. Can't guarantee it, but I'd say that's likely, as there's not many other ways to make an EX for this piece! I'll wait and see better pictures of it, and will be ordering the EX anyway; but I'd have to be blown away by it to not go with the two sword display. Imagining her having just hacked through that snake with two bloody swords? Badass.

Hopefully the EX comes with an open left hand too. Looks a bit awkward with a huge two hand axe and a sword. At least the other RS had a one-handed axe with her sword.

That was the issue I had with the Wonder Woman EX. The cool thing about the axe is that it doesn't cover as much of the figure as the shield, but it just looks weird that she's carrying the two weapons imo.

She just fought a giant snake. She can off it's head with the Battle Ax and stuck the sword up it's ass because she has anger issues.

I was talking about the Wonder Woman EX. I think RS will look great with the giant axe.

WW has a one handed axe though, plus she is more in a look at me "pose" than an action shot. Axe works with WW, but not as much with RS unless she is just carrying both away as she is leaving the area.

Yeah, it would definitely be a great surprise if she also came with a clenched fist to use with the axe. I do think the axe itself looks really cool though.

The shield just naturally fits with the spear to me. Like I said, the one hand axe affords us a better view of the WW sculpt but looks just as much out of place as carrying a two handed weapon and a one handed weapon does with RS imo. YMMV.

A bloodied shield would have been great. I know there isn't much that could be done as an exclusive, but some more variety would have been nice.


Just feels like a weapon is a gimmick. Look at Lady Death..
