Red Sonja She-Devil with a Sword PF

An empty left hand to go with the great axe would be perfect. Holding both a sword and a great axe doesn't make much sense, even in the Red Sonja/Conan universe.

If not I could def see people getting in on a commission of a hand if it is removable. I agree with you. Hope SS had some foresight to think of it and implement it.

I'd hope there would be, but it could go either way. When designing it you'd almost have to go, "Wait, she'd have a free hand here," when making the axe. The WIP posted earlier does show a sword in her other hand, which makes it possible that her left hand will always have the sword in it. While I'm almost definitely going with the two sword look, it'd be great to at least have the option of the two-handed axe, which only works with an empty left hand.

I know there's always commission talk in case it doesn't happen, but those always end up being $75-$100 or something, which I could never justify. If there is no empty hand, I have absolutely no doubt that someone will commission an empty hand, but yes, hopefully SS had the foresight to just include one, because if not, it nullifies the use of a two-handed bloodied axe when there's no way she could've swung it.

Even typing this makes me believe that Sideshow will have an empty hand included...it'd just be crazy to add such a hefty weapon as an EX and not make it look like she could have plausibly used it on the dead beast at her feet.

I think I could have my guy partially recast the left hand (only the hand + a portion of the sword hilt), then cutting off the extra hilt portion and paint the whole thing as if she had a closed fist left hand or something like that... all for about 30-40$ tops. No big deal but yeah, would be nice if it came with that option already since custom fees for the Exclusives are already heavy here.
It's important 'cause you can add 1.5 your Strength modifier only when wielding a weapon with two hands and also add 2x the Power Attack malus to damage instead of 1x when two handed, without this tweak I'd always look at her thinking that her build is not optimized and she lucked out with a natural 20 on that snake encounter

Sideshow view the EX's as fun little bonuses.
They won't sculpt a second extra piece purely because the aesthetics of a big axe by itself doesn't feel right.
