metacritic doesn't count because of the reviewers being paid to love it, people KNOW this but they still use it to defend the game. That's the stupidest thing I've heard.

Keyword is defenders, not the quality of either. Both games are clearly very bad and in 06's case, the developers have seemingly acknowledged it - I say this because Capcom confirmed they know RE6 is a failure but SEGA never made an official statement. Yet despite being clear failures, people defend BOTH. There is no reason to in 06's case, seriously. RE6...I mean it had some ideas, that's all and it was just everything around it. And a remarkably bad story.
