I need to know something

All people that played mercenaries please, is it possible to choose the default outfits?? I saw someone playing as Helena in Urban Chaos but with her Tall Oaks outfit, and I can't choose between them... -.- is it possible to choose?? anyone knows?

you do need to unlock outfits as you go with mercs (over 100k points usually does it) if you already have them unlocked you get to the character select screen and just press right on the d pad to change their looks

you do need to unlock outfits as you go with mercs (over 100k points usually does it) if you already have them unlocked you get to the character select screen and just press right on the d pad to change their looks

I know, I unlocked all of them long ago, but It seems that their campaign outfits can't be choosen (the China and Tall Oaks/Edonia outfits)

With Helena, she has her Tall Oaks outfit in Steel Beast and Mining the Dephts, but she has her China outfit in Urban Chaos, its like the skin changes but its still default

I though it was map related.. until I saw a vid..

its maybe random for the in-game looks. I do find myself being placed in certain different areas on the maps and sometimes the time bonus crystals are different (in urban chaos 50% of the time there is and isnt the time bonus on top of the bus!)

Maybe there is a difference between ps3 and xbox mercs. i dont know

Well I played Urban Chaos like 9 times and I got an S rank with every character, yeah I love mercs, and the time bonuses never changed

I'm just confused.. I wish I could choose.. I prefer her China outfit by far



(I just watched the vid again, the dude got a 70s bonus, must be a mod or something)

Do you have that skill set equipped or a different skill set? You can only have one set of three skills equipped at a time. Otherwise I don't know what the problem could be.

I have one set and i still start out with the handgun .
I guess you have to find the weapons ?
which makes no sense i was doing Leon chapter 1 on professional and this random player joined as Helena and she had a magnum already .

you didn't pick "choose chapter" did you?
maybe you had to start a new game with the previous game data, if you did that then I dunno... I haven't played the campaign that much yet, I never used the skill points.. I don't think I ever will



PS. in case you didn't notice, you likely did but just in case.. you have to activate the unlimited ammo when you start
