I need to watch some YT videos and get up to speed with the RE franchise. I've played all of the main games but just couldn't get into RE6 and decided to put it away. I really have zero idea what happen after RE5.

Chris became a crazy, brooding drunkard, Leon gets ***** whipped by Ada, Sherry became an agent like Leon and that's about it. RE6 was bad, so I don't think anyone in here with a sane mind blames you.

For the side characters well Piers is kind of big spoilers, Helena's story is complete, and Jake apparently becomes a good guy or anti-hero

lol I think capcom wants to retcon re6. The game was such a cluttered mess of a story with characters acting out of character and horrid dialogue.

It doesn't even tie into other games or the lore at all anyway unless we count the RE2 Ada theme...RE5 and 4 I believe referenced other games but 6 doesn't even further any characters besides Sherry.

When you put it like that, most of 6 could be ignored if they wanted to and just pick and choose who they want to use and bring back.

I wonder how much ammo conservation will be a factor in this game ? So far it seems pretty rare.

It might be lower then the classic games, and that's saying something...hell maybe even lower on the modes that specifically lower ammo counts

Its supposed to be releasing not long after 7 correct ? They have been developing it for a while now anyways.

LOL, that's ok.........I mean, the Chris scenario is pretty much RE: COD but it kinda fits with the events of RE5 with him wondering 'if it's all worth it' and then him going over the edge in this one.
