Wasn't Chris like in every branch of the military before 21?
Nope, just Air Force Pilot is all we're given.
I strangely remember it being more than just the USAF, but I'll take your word for it. How the hell did he know Barry before STARS?

Something tells me that Barry may have been Guard or Reserve Air Force and not Active Duty Air Force like Chris. I know from personal experience that Guard guys typically deploy more often and gain more experience faster than most Active Duty. They also promote slower and could remain a lower rank for several years.
Barry was probably in for at least 15 years before getting out for unknown reasons (medical most likely). May have met Chris while on the job and hit it off and became good buddies for a couple years. Barry then probably got out and did SWAT for a couple years when STARS was then formed and was likely one of the first members. Barry and Chris then somehow got in touch with each other. Barry finds out Chris is essentially homeless after getting kicked out of the AF, and then recruits him into STARS.
Man, I could make my own "Assassin's Fist" version of Resident Evil if I had the funds and directorial know-how
Now I'm gonna go pull out the old PS1 manual and cruise the wikis for any possible Japanese translations.

Original PS1 manual for RE1 says Chris meets Barry after the AF, but the Director's Cut manual and encyclopedia say that they did work together before STARS. The latter makes more sense anyhow with Barry saying "Chris and I go way back." More to follow...
EDIT 1: Says Jill was only in the Army's training program for Delta Force, never actually in it. Learned EOD/bomb disposal there.
EDIT 2: Looks like I was right, Barry was in the Air Force for 16 years before getting out and doing SWAT for a couple years when STARS was formed and contacting Chris. Also, my bad from earlier. He wasn't 36 in 1998, but 38, same age as Wesker. Barry would be about 51 or 52 during Revelations 2 in 2011.
EDIT 3: Looking in this book, there's a small picture of the CG model for Edward and his STARS vest is mother****in' purple! Oh well, in-game in the HD version it's solid dark gray. Same with Billy's tanktop, it's purple on the CG model for some reason but in game it's gray.

One of the female users that used to come here 4 years ago did, but I don't remember if they posted the completed product or not. I just remember they made the dress and posted some pics and that was it.

And, while my sewing machine is being a royal ****, I did some hand sewing so I could get a preview of what Alexia's dress is going to look like:
I know she's missing her sleeves, I just wanted to pin things together to get a rough idea on how I want to sew it all together, plus I needed to know where to put the darts and the length of the layers ect. I also jury-rigged some gloves for her, I painted her hands white and sewed her some gauntlets for now. I'll pretty those up later. She also needs some black heeled shoes. But I like where its going so far

Lukes outfit looks like a good choice for clothing since it goes with that tan scheme of the BSAA, at least in Africa.

It would be great if someone started an Assassin's Fist film series on RE since it would be the only accurate portrayal done in that medium. I'm starting to think I got Chris's history mixed up with the S.D. Perry novels.

Joey Ansah in interviews for Assassin's Fist was asked if he'd like to tackle another video game license properly and he said Resident Evil. He wants to do an accurate Resident Evil in the original Spencer Mansion with the original characters. Problem is the rights belong to those idiots at Sony.
Not only that, but how would I get an accurate paintjob? Perhaps if I were still into this hobby a decade from now, I could possibly afford it

Project A, this is the final Alice in next years movie. Are you already gathering parts? Looks like an easier bash than previously for the final go around.
I also read that none of the previous characters are returning except for Alice of course, Wesker, and Claire. IMO the franchise needs to die and be reborn in the hands of someone caring and capable

As for the characters I want Chris and Jill to be the main characters of the movies. Leon and Claire can be side characters. The can skip the events of Zero, well the singing leech man. Looking forward to it! Love the Alice pics where they're altogether side by side with their respective movies. But it definitely is time to move on from the wife-nepotism fan-fiction drivel we've been getting for far too long
