You don’t have to take my word for it. There are leaks and rumors about it aplenty. There’s literally zero about RE5, besides the tease at the end of RE4, which isn’t really much of a tease to begin with, in all honesty.

Take it with a grain of salt, but apparently there’s even a demo that a select few got to experience to give Capcom their feedback about new features, according to leaked information from an insider. And this demo will be available to the public at some point, likely this year?

Unless that article is complete ********. I don’t really keep up with gaming news anymore, but I routinely look up Resident Evil and Final Fantasy.

I hope it's true, but capcom leaks as of late tend to be, so I'll believe it. I just hope it's good, I haven't been thrilled by the remakes outside of 2, and even that has a few flaws despite being one of my favorite games of all time. I just hope they ditch the horrible RNG aiming from re4 and keep with the survival horror and story improvements.

Frankly I have no idea how they're going to handle RE5 if they're going to make it like it was supposed to be + co-op or just do the original and hard pivot it into co op horror. RE6 is another remake mystery since that whole thing is pretty unsalvagable.

And then there's the fabled Hunk game meant to be RE9 or 10, but since we got the rose DLC as "9" is it stil even coming? 'd kill for more RE side story games if they played and read like RE2re.

Gave Leon and Claire some reposes today, one tiny mod I made on Leon was water treating the left side of his shirt collar, now instead of flaring straight up it folds over slightly like in-game. I still need to mod Claire's height and im still not sold on her jacket, anyone have an extra X-Toys jacket they want to part with?

how'd you mod Leon's pants/legs? I've been meaning to do this myself. You also wouldn't happen to know anything about slim fitting green pants in that scale would ya?

Code Veronica will have a lot of the pacing issues fixed. Expect it to have the most changes, besides RE3. And RE5 will almost certainly remove the coop feature. I’m pretty sure it will be like what they are describing in Code Veronica, where you will just switch characters. It’s a feature that’s been used before.

Curious to see how the final product will turn out. I've read that they usually turn out for the worse, which isn't good news since I have both their Ada and Leon on PO. lol
Hopefully we'll get some pics of the Leon sculpt soon. Should give us a good idea of how their Ada will turn out.

A Revelations remake would be interesting too. With updated puzzles, combat system, and new enemies. That ship was terrifying. lol

It won’t though, because that Leon looks pretty meh. The MTToys version is the way to go. I think it’s still up on one or two stores? The Ada is gone though.

However, the By-Art Ada looks good enough that I’m sure the prototype will be fine. They need to improve the smirking sculpt though.

Anyway, I’m just going to stick with the By-Art Ada and get the MTToys head when it’s parted out. If it’s parted out.

For those who ordered MT Ada from Giantoy, did anyone here actually get a "rolling eyeballs" version?
My order shows thats the one I ordered, but definitely wasn't the one I got.

I would most certainly contact them about that and let them know. The least they can do is refund the difference. They might send you a spare head though, if they have to send out replacement parts to anyone else.

I didn’t like the boots that came with the Superduck RE3R because of the high heels on them so I ordered some SWToys Jill boots thinking they’d be proper scale but they’re super small. Here a comparison (right foot is SWToys)

Does anyone know where to get some proper boots for RE3R Jill?

Best ones are the Black Boots that came with the Hot Heart Jill. They may not be accurate color-wise, but in terms of appearance, correct sizing, and overall figure stability I prefer those ones. Not sure if they're still up for sale anywhere though.

For those who ordered MT Ada from Giantoy, did anyone here actually get a "rolling eyeballs" version?
My order shows thats the one I ordered, but definitely wasn't the one I got.

I ordered from Giantoy and received the rolling eyeballs version. Both check mark boxes on the outside of the box were blank for mine. But the head sculpt does split in two to be able to access the rod things to move the eyes.

Monkey Depot still has the Daftoys Jill boots in stock: Jill boots
And it looks like Toy Anxiety has two different pairs as well. I think the 3.0 DX are the swtoys boots. toy anxiety

Yeah, they’re the same boots. Unfortunately that’s a very common thing with swtoys… undersized accessories, footwear.

I swapped the body to a different Dam one, not sure if its a smaller overall body but I got shorter ankle pegs. With the excess material his pants had I wet the bottom of them with some water and folded them over the boots. Also not sure what kind of green pants you're looking for so I don't think I can help.

Dam Ada arrived today, haven't opened her yet and kinda hesitant to do so.

Is her head meant to be lose? it doesn't even sit correctly and can fall off if flipped upside down. There's also a weird dark red spot on her dress, wondering if thats normal as well.

you can always use the seran wrap trick if need be, had to do that for my Leon. Also I figured you just replaced the legs lol, guess I'll either swap out the body or do some hacksaw work on him and Hunk.
