No that was stock hair, he just maid a haircut, styling and repainted this head -

My new Phicen S17B arrived and I immediately swapped the old Phicen plastic body. Even compared to the newer S02A, this is a great improvement. The articulation and proportions are second to none, HIGHLY recommended for RE3 Jill.
