Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City

I cant wait to play this online when it comes out

Besides Mass Effect 3 this has to be my most anticipated game coming up. The 3DS Resident Evil is getting me all giddy too, but I'll have to hold off on that until this summer when I have more free time to spend.

Yes! Haunting Ground, such a gem.

And yes Dead Aim is a surprisingly fun entry.

Aside from Resi, personally, my other favourite horror game was The Suffering. That was an amazing game with a truly great story that got my interest from the start, and it still does today. I LOVE playing it!

Well... It seems like they have gone for the ____ty resident evil apocalypse version of nemesis. i dont recall him having a gatling gun. Only remembered the iconic Rocket Launcher and his tentacles.

Otherwise, we can always say that this isn't Nemesis from RE3. I always thought that, with the knowledge of Mr X/Tyrant-103 was Mass produced, Nemesis prototype would have been more than just one.

especially as Nemesis was programmed specifically to kill S.T.A.R.S, which the only living members in Raccoon City was Jill Valentine and Brad Vickers.

Chris left Raccoon city, So did Rebecca, and Barry only came back in RE3 and picked up Jill and Carlos.

On a side note, do you consider that the Canon ending? Nicholai getting away and Barry picking them up at the end?

Hmmm I dunno. I usually steer clear of watching too many gameplay vids. I like the surprise of thr moment to be fresh.

I too will be on 360 though.

Agreed. I really enjoyed the suffering. And play through it usually once a year. It's a shame the sequel wasn't as gripping for me. It was fun, just didn't touch the first one in terms of atmosphere and setting.

I typically play as the demo or the medic class in other games, so will most likely end up playing as Tweed/Beltway or Harley/Bertha.

They are judging a re6 from just one trailer and if you don't like Orc then don't play it , it wasn't meant to be a serious re game but just something to tide us over til re6 . Who the he'll wants puzzles back anyway! Never liked puzzles. And except for re5 very resident evil game has Kinda survival horror

How come you dont like puzzles?

Ill still play it. But I prefer the old RE game, not controls mind you, but the scary atmosphere.

I still like puzzles and tank controls. Recently replaying Code Veronica reminded me how much I enjoy the old style. However, I appreciate what they've done with Resident Evil 4 and up, rejuvenating the series and everything. 6 looks very action packed, but it's just one trailer and I'll wait to play it before I judge it. Same thing goes for Operation Raccoon City.

Well I just never liked them. I'm more of an dont think kinda guy when I play video games. When I play a game I dont want to think to much and solve somthing I want to just get on with what I'm doing.

I like the puzzles. I hope there's at least a few more puzzles than RE4 and RE5...no more laser beam puzzles...RE5 I'm looking at you
