20 hours to go. Stock up on snacks and sodas, it's gonna be a ride.
I remember playing the game at 4a.m and had to turn it off due to the anxiety of having a Crimson Head bursting trough the frikkin' doors! They make the clickers in TLOU look as threatening as the goombas in Super Mario.
But, I want it now!

That scary? This is going to be my first crack at REmake, so I have no idea what to expect. It sounds like it's going to be lots of fun on surround sound.
Anyway, I've got this thing pre-loaded on Steam, but they won't even let me download it. What a tease...

Yeah, it is, especially so if you have no idea what to do. The best way to enjoy this game is to NOT view any guides, turn off the lights and let your Astro A50 shine. And remember, kerosene is your best friend!
Anyway, what's the size on Steam? It's about 15GB on PS4.

Yeah, it's about 14 GB, too. The funny thing is, my 2 TB hard drive is down to 300 GB now because of all the Steam downloads. I really miss physical disks.

Im gonna get this and play through it. Its been soooooooo long since ive played it, probably when i was just a kid. Its gonna be awesome. I actually had it on ps1 and pc. Its gonna be hard to play it though, im almost done tlour, i havent even put a decent dent into alien isolation, i havent beat lbp3, i have numerous dled games from psn, infamous, kz3, and i just got gtav. Wtf i gotta get cracking........

Yesterday had a try, beat the game without saving.
The result is 2:40 times used, and had earned Samurai Edge and Rocket Launcher.
And earned the "Ink is for Squids" trophy too.
Next round might try the knife run, haha.

You can link your game to residentevil.net and track game progress and I believe you get extras. Kinda like how RE6 was for the mercs game.

So are you gonna play in cropped 16:9 or original 4:3? I might try out 16:9 first since that's new, and switch back to 4:3 for subsequent playtroughs. No alternate controls for me though, modern controls are for sissies.

Actually I got use both control...
Normal condition i am using classic tank control, but I use modern controls too since it is sensitive and more quicker.
The modern control is very good to use for dodging enemies attack or sidestep them.
But when come to sudden camera angle change, the modern control is suck...
