They were built in to REmake Remastered I believe, so everyone will get them.

Oh ok. The website mentions pre-ordering I think to get the Cody and Naughty Nurse outfits but as long as they are available later I won't worry with a PO.

It might be just to get them at release. I think that's what it was with REmake getting the BSSA outfits.
