Raccoon forest is like Narnia.

When Code Veronica came out, it became my favorite with RE3 being my least favorite. When REmake came out, that one became my favorite (and still is to this day). To say that RE3 is the worst in the series in 2016 is asinine. I still say RE0 is the "worst" of the classics pre-RE4, but RE6 is hands down the worst entry in the series altogether.

I agree with this. Zero was the weakest, but not "bad."

Just checked PSN store, the costume pack is actually $9.99.

Eh, not too bad. Still pricey.

RE3 is my second favorite. Remake is my top one on the list.

I think most people juggle the first three (REmake not RE1) as their favorites. I always go RE2 nowadays, but it used to be REmake when it first came out.

Umm so yeah.

Surprised so many reviews are putting a greater emphasis on the gameplay and mechanics of the game instead of the remastered elements in better detail.
Maybe there isn't much to say but still. The best info so far seems to be IGNs. Still seems like the PC will have the superior version with 60fps.

This kind of game isn't for new blood despite reviewers' beliefs. Fixing whatever "problems" they had with the game years ago isn't the point of a HD remaster.

I need to dig out my strategy guide for this. It's probably the only game I need one for in the series, since it's tediousness kept me from doing multiple playthroughs. But with the added costumes and Wesker mode, that'll change.

This shouldn't be anymore difficult to plat than REmake was.

The remake plat was pretty easy

I'll just do what I always do and play the game through the first time just off the bat and then watch some YouTube videos for the ones after

Obvious they simply upscaled her Western outfit. Hard to see the detail in this phone pic, but her skin is also smooth as porcelain. New outfits have more detail, and in game you can actually see skin detail from the lighting:

Put about an hour into Zero earlier. I like it and the HD tune up is excellent, and better than REmake by a lot. There's so much great warm lighting, at least through the train section. My only gripe is Billy's face looks a little weird sometimes, like his eyes are always in pain he looks real weird in the status menu, while he looked all angry and cool in the GC version. They really prettied Rebecca up in game, but looks like she has no eyelashes in the cutscenes as my fiance pointed out I didn't expect them to be able to do anything with those since they're already done FMVs.

I only did up to the train crash... So wullcomb fwolkes.

Rebecca looks noticeably prettier indeed, compared to her look REmake Remastered, and Billy. The portraits in the pause menu look different too, a little odd.
