You must have missed the part of my post saying I was going to watch the movie.

Just cause I think some clips look like garbage doesn't mean I can't enjoy these movies for the mindless action.

After watching those clips, looks like the usual dumb fun. I'll definitely check it out. I just hope the next movie is the final one and they bring back Chris and Claire so they can team up with Jill, Ada, Leon, and Barry (and Alice too obviously) for a big finale the games never gave us. Another thing I hope is that the next one is the final entry and they reboot the series with the Mansion Incident!

Please tell me I did not just see Alice shoot a downed scarab-less Jill Valentine to death! She better have some super healing powers otherwise the first thing I'll be doing when this movie is over is getting myself a Hot Toys Alice head for my Jill figure to display ON A FREAKING PIKE!

No Alice is shooting directly in front of her and then to her right. Jill is on the ground to Alice left and you can tell cause in the one angle of the shot you can see Alice glance over to her left to check on Jill. What Alice is mostly likely shooting at is zombies that are breaking through the ice. The soundtrack has a song listed as "zombies under ice" and one of the tv spots show Bad Rain falling through broken ice with hands underneath.

Also, Jill is shaking before Alice pulls the tigger and she is shaking none stop while Alice is firing short controlled bursts. You can see that Jill no longer has the scarab device on her chest so the most likely scenario is that Jill's body is crashing and going through withdrawal from losing the device that was puming her with the P30 drug.

Im watching the first RE as its on tv now. Alice has barely said a word and is barely seen in it so far. And im 1 hr in. It feels like Rain is the main heroin so far.

And the damn techno/goth/rock music played during the action scenes is so frigging painful on the ear! its just like a noise.

I thought the first entry had the best music. My sister and I hated the music when we went to watch the second (Apocalypse) when it first came out. Very generic and not scary/atmospheric at all. I still think I would've liked the second movie better if the music were as good as the first.
