Revoltech Queen Alien and Predator

PO says it's estimated to arrive this December. The only downside is that it's $58. Wonder how much bigger it is compared to the other Aliens.

I'd go with eBay if you want the Queen. She's like $10 cheaper there.

From what I heard, she's 12 inches in length, no idea how tall she is though.

From the first photo i post in my last post, it shown her height is 320mm.

But i believe you might correct, 320mm could probably means her length...
If her height is 320mm then it would be a very large figure.

It's what says on her AmiAmi preorder page, and knowing Revoltechs it's the more likely option. Of course, I won't mind one bit if she's really that huge!

It's not bigger than the McFarlane Queen. Revoltech's figure is 12" long, while McF's is 23". And if the McF version is 12" high, then Revoltech's would be more like 6" high. I have the MM6 box set, and can safely say it's way bigger than I first thought.
Still, Revoltech's is much more accurate and would look great with the other two Aliens they've done (and let's face it, their Predator too), but at that price... yowza. Like I said, eBay has a few for $50 including shipping, maybe a little less.

Yup, i was wrong with the size.
But 12 inches long is ok with me, atleast she won't be so small.
This Queen are sale as USD44.67 in my country's local Hobby Shop.

Well, the original sculpt didn't have joint for articulation, but it is indeed a drastic change... looks almost like HT Snap Kits...
I hope once painted it looks better...

I like it. Unfortunately, crazy joints are part of the package with Revoltechs. In fact, that's kind of the whole point, right? He does look a bit skinny, though.

I was pretty surprised at that pic, until I remembered it was Revoltech. Just wish they'd buff up his arms, legs, and torso. Plus, that chest joint looks ridiculous...

I think the Aliens were a good choice for Revoltech figs, since their overall design could work with wonky joints. The big chubby/buff Pred from the first movie... not so much. Such a good sculpt, messed up by those unsightly joints.

Yeah, I don't know why they made him thin. Would look better thicker...
I think for 7 inch figures the neca classic will have to do for now...

Seems like this will turn out like batman. They ruin the brilliant design of these characters with awkward articulation points.

They totally could've made the ball joints on this guy bigger and have his limbs hug them more, to make them less-noticeable. Instead, they're so tiny that there's a huge space between his thighs and shins, upper-arms and forearms, chest and abs.

It's what Revoltech does... All the figs have those joints. Nothing new. But I'm not a fan of that stomach joint, though.
