looks awesome, and yeah looks like the horns are removable.
sick looking piece though, could almost be close to the same size of some 1:1's:thud:

This is looking better and better!
And I got this for $100 using my rewards. Sweet!

While I agree the sizing is awesome, how is this gonna look next to other "large" characters? How big is the Hulk one compared to Spiderman?

Well we have to remember that Spidey is a small person, the Rhino much larger. Looking at the pics SS released in comparison, I think they nailed down the 1:2 right on for each.

What I would have liked to have seen is the Spidey elevated on a higher base. He is sitting to low IMO. Look a the Rhino, already a much larger character, and therefore larger 1:2, has a higher base it is sitting on.

I think when I display the two I will have to find an add on base for Spidey.

good point while the Hulk 1:2 isn't as big as Rhino he is larger than spidey. will have to wait till inhand pics to see the differance.

Yeah, i agree. While the hulk bust IS awesome IMO...it's greatly undersized. One thing to keep in mind, however, is that they seem to standardize the size of these statues for the most part with the amount of torso that's shown.

In other words, two busts can be the same size and still reflect a significant size difference just by the amount of torso that is visable.

He's a big bust!
I think that's why hew $299.99 for the EX rather then around the $200 mark!

solid or go home

Look at the 360. His back sticks out WAAAY past the back of the base. Which means he will have to be fairly solid (up front at least) in order to keep him from falling over. Similar to the Venom bust. So i'd say there is a good chance solid seekers will be happy!

i like your reasoning, but i doubt it'll be solid since it'd cost ssc a fortune to ship this guy out.:monkey2

No, you are right. I dont think it will be 100% solid. That would lead to the same top heavy issue. I think the front will be solid and the back will be more hollow. So it will FEEL more solid. The front has to have some weight to it to keep up that huge overhanging back.

This is a big ____er. Even if he turns out to be a big hollow ____er.
