i think its not the license that is the major problem...
i think is because sideshow lately has overdone it...
sideshow's quality and price doesnt match in any way
i would buy this if it was $200-$220 the most...i cannot see it worth more than this...the same happens with the ark...we see a product of hasbro like $30 to has much more better finish than a product of value $250...
Also international shipping methods (fedex) is a killer for most of their international customers...
also i cannot understand why we see prototype pictures of their products if they dont listen to their customers opinions like hot toys do
