Although thankfully it was much more watchable than CH
Both are quite terrible IMO. Call me a pu$$y, but I can't dig the animal slaughter in that movie.

Pu$$y? Why because you actually have morals or even a soul? I agree with you, at least I think I know what you are referring to! I think movies like SAW, Hostel, etc are pathetic attempts to grab the attention of people and dull their senses even further.
If you look at movies like Halloween, Amittyville Horror, The Shinning, etc you will find a very small amount of violence or senseless gore but yet they're considered classics! And rightfully so!
I (if my avatar isn't a good enough give away) am a big horror flick fan but not for the ridiculous violence but for the old fashion creep show. I dunno, maybe i'm alone when I say that SOME horror movies are going too far.
Just my 2 cents though.
Since when did they kill a real animal?
I don't know what they're talking about above, but the film "Cannibal Holocaust" features tons of real animal cruelty. It's the most disgusting film I've ever seen, and the only film in which I had to close my eyes to get through. The infamous "turtle scene" is beyond horrific.
Where did you watch this film? Sounds sick! Who made the movie?
I'm not liking what I'm hearing on this thing....I'm getting a liiiiitle nervous. I just want it to be good.
Ya wouldn't $325,000 be a big budget in 78'?
Is that available now, MaulFan??
