This thread is EPIC..

I used the guide in the first page but it seemed like some of the pages did not have the item listed.

The display cases are awesome and I like the individual images but wanted to know if you had pictures of larger areas of the collection.

I have to admit that I did not look at every page so I may have missed them.

Hi Andy sorry for the late post....i had to go many pages back to see some of your new arrivals.

probably my favorite was your batman pf WOW he turned out great especially after all the hate he got from the first pics no really i would be very happy with him......and well done with the armpit fix bravo

My 1/2 scale wolverine is on Its way....but i swear Andy if he's anything short of amazing i will post those terrible pics of there last effort every time i see anything of there's.
On a brighter note Can't wait for the iron man MARKVI LSB at last

Hiya Dave you finished on the PS4 yet? your facebook message cracked me up yesterday when you said you were still playing it! That must've been a month solid game play right there lol! Anyhows, always good to hear from you buddy. Yea, really, really impressed with the Bats PF...I say that twice cos I was one of the statues sceptics way back when Sideshow had decided to change a few things here and there plus I wasn't really a fan of the cape design, etc...It wasn't until Spidey976 had advised me to wait until I saw it inhand and judge it then that I decided not to cancel my order...I'm so glad I didn't! As PF's go, I rate it as highly as the Comic Thor PF, which some may know is one of my favourite sculpts by Sideshow. Its a monster of a PF and I cant wait until the influx of custom headsculpts and hand attachments start wading through to really push this statue to its fullest Glad you liked the arm-pit fix

Cant wait for the IM MKVI LSB to arrive mate. I know a few of us have been waiting a while for him and in a few days he'll be here Looking forward to ripping off that chest plate! Hahahaha!

I know your a massive Bats fan Dave so I wont ask if you'll be prized away from your PS4 tomorrow night and ready to pull the trigger on the 89 Keaton Bats PF!!! That base is seriously bad-a$$ and cant wait to display it next to my Batmobile display!!!!

Late to the party but...

Had some rare free time last weekend and managed to finally put together my custom display case for my Iron Studios Iron Man MK42 - the repainting of my MK42 will hopefully start this weekend

So basically, I wanted to replicate what I'd initially seen from Iron Studios themselves when they unveiled their prototype last year but in my own style. So included in this display is my customary LED rope lighting around the statue base...this lighting is perfect for round bases and just compliments the overall display. Underneath the base of the statue sits an motorised turntable - thus giving the viewer an overall 360 degree visual of the statue. Really happy the way this came out and once the statue is repainted I cant wait to complete the display...

Once I've put it all together i'll definitely put up a video to show the turntable in action plus I can also get to turn the base and statue lights on too for extra effect!!! So here are a few pics guys

Here is the statue in question before its repainted....

and here will be his final resting place

At last!!! Just recieved my FedEx tracking for the Iron Man MKVI should be here for Wednesday/Thursday...how close will it be to the proto...we'll soon find out

Thanks so much buddy for your kind words and tackling such a beast of a thread yea, there are a lot of pictures still missing which I need to update but I've been so busy of late that I just haven't had the time...coming upto 400 pages now and I think I've only covered the first 80 pages on my index so its gonna take a while

By the way, welcome to the forums and for what its worth....I only have one detolf which I use to store my Star Wars FX Lightsabers!!!!

Yea, its so frustrating when you know you like a piece so much but you just don't want to get involved in another line but this Bats is way too good to turn down and I've got my Batmobile display to think of aswell and how cool this would look alongside it

What's the status of the MK42 repaint?

Hey Kris, well after some considerable thought, I have decided that this repaint is beyond even my abilities so i've forwarded my MK42 to a friend who has decided to take on the job for me. Only downside is that it may take up to 3-4 weeks so as soon as I get any WIP pics i'll post them on the thread
