RobertoBagg10's Display Thread 'NEW UPDATE' SSC IRON MAN MKVII LSF AVENGERS A...
Okay guys, the moment you've all been waiting for
so last night I got to ride on the crest of heavenly wave and finally assemble my Iron Man MKVII LSF
In the end I got so wrapped up in just staring at this piece that I completely forgot what the time was...I think it was nearly half past midnight that I actually took the last pic
Once all assembled, my heart skipped a beat as I placed my finger on the switch which turned on the light features...and it one instant flick...the lights came on instantly and all was well with the world again!
So with that out of the way, I reflected on how much fun it was putting this guy together. I followed the pictured instructions as per the booklet provided and I began to build Iron Man from the bottom to the top. First the base, then the legs, followed by the torso and arms and then lastly the head...what was most fun was attaching the magnetic removable armour pieces. These pieces just literally lept out of my hand once the magnets had attracted and the overall look of the suit began to take shape.
Once complete and fully assembled, it was time to sit back and admire what was to be my most anticipated piece of the year...and I wasn't left disappointed! This was my 6th half scale statue that I own and I still get goosebumps each time I see them! They are the gems and centre pieces of my collection and I just wished I had my very own mancave to display them all in the way the I would like...hopefully one day eh?
and still I have the Dr Doom LSF arriving later this year
So for added effect for my MKVII LSF pics, I added my customary LED rope around the base to give it that extra finishing touch...I know I received a few PM's and questions posted on the threads regarding where to buy these LED ropes, so here is the link guys

So to summarise, this LSF looks like a beauty but has the presence of a beast (hahahaha....) it's a welcomed addition to my collection that I will never tire of looking at or owning and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to own it (thank you wifey...mwah!)
Hope you enjoy the pics guys and as ever, thanks for being patient and for your amazing comments
And a comparison pic of the armour with and without the magnetic removable parts
So for now, this piece has to retire back into its box for a shortwhile until my custom Hall of Armour background is completed and ready to ship. It's going to be the most I've ever spent on a display before so I'm hoping the final results will be just as amazing as what I have pictured in my head
