Jay, your always right...thank godyep, FedEx overcharged me as they declared the shipping total ontop of the item value hence the high charge. They're going to send the amended invoice...thanks again Jay

Yeah that's about right. Go into you SSC account and click your Hulk order and tell me how much shipping was. If it was $25/28 then my calculations will be on the money.

Vat = £94
Fedex Fee £10.50
Total £574.50
You'd have saved £18.50 with Lee.
Why are SSC charging $65? It's meant to be $25 flat rate to the UK?

Just facebooked Kev at Robot-on-Line as he recieved his last week so i'll find out from him how much SSC charged him for shipping!
No price on Hulk but my Midas, Thor & BW shipped at the $25 and all the other statues i've had did as well.

When is your Hulk shipping Jay? Would you still keep the order if the shipping is $65?

Yep, Kev just replied Jay and he seems to think the $65 sounds about right. I think we have to take into consideration that not only did SSC put their prices up recently in regards to freight costs but also the box is very big too. So we're looking at a Fedex invoice for about GBP104.50. Still gutting isnt it but then thats Tax for you

Anyway, let me know if you get charged less once yours gets shipped...just to be on the safe side i've even mailed Jennifer @ SSC headquarters to look into it aswell cos you got me all paranoid!
Yea, like we said before, i can live with 20 quid difference from not buying locally. You get the item quicker and also if any situations arise (QC issues) the SSC are on it right away. If the difference starts to reach 40-50 pounds then thats way too much to lose out imo
