very true Col! but even you must know my current situation! I must have explained this a million times! Whilst your looking for a new job, i've been looking for a bigger family home for the past year and its proving to be fustrating and ongoing!! We were close to putting an offer on a house that we both agreed on but then we both had a change of heart over the front drive...or lack of one! Since then we either find the perfect home in the wrong area or the perfect area but a wrong home! Finding a home for us isnt just about how it looks, will there be enough space for my home cinema room or how big the garden is....we have to also think about nurseries and schools and where the best ones are for our children, which for me is the most important part of all. I know i keep saying it wont be long but i really hope next year is our year!!! Trust me, its more fustrating for me to have to come home and see all my collection in their boxes than it is for you to see them in my pictures

In the same boat regards house hunting. But we are putting in an offer tonight on a 5 bedroom self built home. The wife has said I can have the back bedroom as my home cinema room which is huge (22ft x 16ft) Thats better than my previous garage conversion. All they have to do is accept as im going in 18K under asking price and I can begin building.

Just a few quick snaps of some custom work i've been doing for a fellow collector on their Sideshow Iron Man MKIV 1/4 Maquette. For those who had already seen in my thread, i actually customised my own maquette along with the War Machine, some time last year i think it was and i had made them more battle damaged to give them a more relavent look to coincide with the end fight scene of the movie Iron Man 2 aswell as snazzing up the base a bit by adding some foliage and water puddles, just like in the movie. So the brief i was given was to just keep the battle damage of Iron Man very subtle which i hated cos i badly wanted to go to town and give it some bullet holes and excessive armour damage as i had done with mine!!!

I do miss having the Iron Man and War Machine Maquettes in my collection, shortly after customising mine i had sold them to another fellow collector for a price i couldnt turn down and i was also glad to see them go to a happy home...

It does look really good! I like my IM clean though. I never put the BD parts on the HT either.

Yea, I normally like my Iron Man pieces to be clean too, hence why I didn't get the BD version of the MKIII 1:1 Bust, but on that particular day when I had both my maquettes out on display I just had the urge to do it! Now i don't have either in my collection!
