While I am not crazy about the design, I'm reading that he might actually have 2 suits, one that is gunmetal grey like above, and one that is silver, more like the classic look.

"To everyone freaking out over the new Robocop design, that is NOT the final look. I was lucky enough to have seen the majority of the concepts, and I can promise it is way cooler than that.

What was shown was either test, framing, or the stunt suit/under layer suit that he wears. The final has chrome, is robotic, and is designed by some insanely badass artists.

Its probably to make the wearer walk correctly, and/or stunt suit, then the touches get finishhed up via CGI.

I mean its really hard to have a take on a couple out of context pics.

I can't wait for the Vernhoven haters jumping on the bandwagon, screaming this new film is "betterrz", even though it's a shallow remake of the same movie with no changes.

It's going to fail. And the director knows it. Poor dude.
