Agree, why would you post produce costume color, when you could just paint the it to start with. That's a pain in the arse.

If it were true, and they were adding umpteen CG effects, I'm certain aspects of the suit would be painted green and not black.

Or have reference markers all over it like the GL and Chitarui body stockings, even the Iron Man costume had these.

If they'd even drop the lobster tail abs, it would be a major improvement. Way too angular overall though. He should also have a chest and shoulders the size of a mini car.

If you painted some fluorescent lines on him, he could fit into the Tron world pretty easily too.

Denial is a funny thing. This discussion reminds me of when the early Avengers Cap pics were posted and someone claimed that they were most likely going to use CGI to bulk up Evans in order to make the suit look better. Yeah...nope.

I don't want to see the original remade 25 years later. I want to see something influenced by the original that looks modern day. I will reserve judgement but my gut feeling tells me this film will be good.

Crap suit = bad movie.....let's be honest, Robocop's awesomeness was part suit, part Weller, and part badguys

Take away the cool suit, and the movie is already 33.3% more crappy

It looks utter wank. However with a pretty storming cast list, I'm going to say I reckon it'll be good ... As long as my plan to loose my long term memory works pre-screening
